Fighting for Michigan's Workers is not only DOUD, SMITH & WAGNER'S philosophy, but it's also a way of life. That's why D,S&W works ONLY for the people, not the powerful. DOUD, SMITH & WAGNER has never and will never represent big business, insurance bullies, or corporations. We fight against companies like GM, Geico Insurance, and Wal-Mart to protect and defend our clients and recover hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of our clients. With that kind of a track record, D,S&W WINS and we don't get paid until we win. Call us today and put one of our lawyers to work for you.
